A Little About Me:
I am a conservative Republican. I am married to a disabled veteran, Scott Kissee, and have three step-children and four fur-babies, all of which were rescued. I am also an Air Force veteran. We moved to Payson in 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed calling Payson our home. I have been involved in politics, as a volunteer, for many years and make my voice heard on issues and decisions whenever I can. I also ran for the City Council of Ozark, Missouri more than a decade ago. I received my Juris Doctorate in 2014 and became an attorney in Arizona in 2017. My law firm is in Payson and I provide affordable legal services to the people in the greater Payson area. Prior to becoming an attorney, I received my Bachelors in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude and worked in the accounting field for many years. I was born in Ft. Worth, Texas to a minister’s family, spending much of my life in church and missionary work, and recently became a professor at Primus University of Theology teaching Ecclesiastical Law. I look forward to getting to know you and representing you!
You need a representative that will hear you, earn your respect and fight for the betterment of District 1 and Gila County.

As a Supervisor, I will listen to you and make sure I understand what you’re saying. I may not always decide in your favor, but you will know that you’ve been heard.
Transparency should automatically be a part of an elected position and it is a shame that too many political figures forget that. My promise to you is to be as transparent as I possibly can, barring any Legal, Ethical, or Security Reasons why the information or data should not be shared.
I am Accountable to God, my Husband, the Law and when elected…YOU
Every decision I make as a Supervisor I must answer to YOU.
As a former accountant, I believe government should operate with their budget and always look for areas of unnecessary spending.
The Federal government should be stopped from overreaching, the State government should stand up for the rights we have as a State and listen to the people that elected them, and our local government should always do what is right for the people and in the least amount of intrusion as possible.
I believe in protecting forests from devastation by fires through conducting controlled burns; and I believe in protecting wildlife from illegal hunting.
My husband, Scott, is a disabled Veteran of the Army and was previously in the Navy. I am a Veteran of the Air Force. My heart is BIG for Veterans, including our Homeless Veterans, and I will do all I can to help our Veterans.
I believe in and support our law enforcement. But make no mistake, if any deputy takes advantage of their position, they must answer for it.
